Apple Toffee Dip

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg almond brickle chips (7 1/2) or English toffee bits (8 oz)

Beat first four ingredients together with a hand mixer. Fold in toffee chips. Serve with apples. Yummy!!
